The Academy of Ophthalmic Education (AOE) and The Khan Group Inc. have been conducting continuing education seminars since 1996.  We have conducted over 34 seminars on both land and sea.  AOE provides officially approved lectures for Opticians, Optometrists, Ophthalmologists, Family Physicians and Optometric and Ophthalmic Assistants.  Optifair Canada is a division of AOE and operates the largest industry trade show simultaneously and concurrently during the seminars.  

AOE is the only organization in Canada wherein all varied professions of eye care participate and mingle under one roof.  Our faculty includes a host of respected Ophthalmologists and Optometrists, many of whom teach at the University of Toronto, Department of Ophthalmology and related Optometry schools. 

The support and sponsorship of industry suppliers has allowed us to maintain the most competitive enrollment fees in the industry.

The Academy looks forward to playing a major role by expanding its services and organizing fund raising events for worthy organizations such as ORBIS Canada and other eye care charities, to encourage and bring together all eye care providers to reach the goal of eradicating blindness by the year 2020 around the world.
