Andrew Fink

FRCOphth, MRCGP, MD

Dr. Andrew Fink grew up in Manchester, UK and studied medicine at the University at Newcastle in Tyne. Initially completing training as a Family Physician, he switched to Ophthalmology and gained Fellow of the Royal College of Ophthalmlogists (FRCOphth). After spending some time in Australia, working both in Family Medicine and Ophthalmology (Prince of Wales Hospital, Sidney), Dr. Fink moved to Israel in 1994 and completed an Ophthalmology Residency at Tel HaShomer Hospital, Tel Aviv University, Tel Aviv. Today he offers a comprehensive Ophthalmology service in the public sector and in the private sector specialises in laser vision correction procedures and has an advanced Dry Eye Clinic, in the Tel Aviv area. He was the first to introduce IPLs in Israel and recently became the first to treat dry eye disease with radiofrequency technology. Outside of medicine, he enjoys walking in the countryside and on the beach, tries to stay fit and plays the saxophone. He lives in Ra'anana and has 3 daughters.
