Fazal Khan, RO is currently the Registrar and CEO of the College of Opticians of Ontario. A professionally trained Optician, Fazal has experience with many aspects of opticianry including business owner, instructing students and charitable initiatives. Fazal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management from the University of Toronto and has recently completed his Master of Education from the University of Ontario.
