OCT is a diagnostic modality used in the evaluation and monitoring of both glaucomatous and non-glaucomatous optic neuropathies. Its ability to depict a cross-sectional image allows us to distinguish anatomical changes. This lecture presents basic and challenging cases using OCT NFL/GCC analysis. OCT analysis in assessing proper evaluation of the conditions presented will be emphasized.
