The AOE Portal is a platform to make your online education and interactions with AOE simpler. Here are some, but not all of the benefits of the new AOE Portal:

One-Account

You no longer need a separate account for your on-demand learning and for billing! No waiting after you subscribe or buy a course. You can also use your Google, Apple, Facebook or LinkedIn account to login now.

Categories & Search

You can now search the on-demand catalogue by the COPE, COO or NACOR categories. Need a EG credit or interested in Neuro-Optometry? Now you can see courses that fit those categories! You can also search for a speaker or topic!

Live & Online Together

Access your on-demand certificates instantly and starting in 2024, you will be able to access your interactive webinars, live seminars and CE vacation certificates, all in one platform! Update your billing information and engage in communities.

Frequently Asked Questions

We know this change will be for the best but we know you may have questions. Below are some of the common questions about the new portal.

Why did you create a new portal?

AOE has grown over the years and we listen carefully to your feedback. The new system addresses many of the concerns that you've brought to our attention while opening the door for new features that will carry us forward.

What about my existing subscription on AOE On-Demand

You will need to start a new subscription (membership) on the new portal. Because this may overlap with your existing subscription, we will refund you the difference! There are instructions at at the bottom of this page that help explain what to do.

What happens to the old AOE On-Demand?

You can continue to learn on the old AOE On-Demand platform until December 31st, 2023. After December 31st, 2023, you can still access your certificates on the old system, but learning must be done on the new portal.

Will all my information be moved over to the new system?

No. Unfortunately since this is a completely new system, we can't move your account over. You will need to create a new account going forward. There are some steps at the bottom of this page and we will support you through out.

What about my certificates?

Your certificates will be available on the old system during 2023 and the beginning of 2024. We recommend you download them, however, we keep your certificates for 7 years.

What about webinars, conferences and CE vacations?

Starting in January 2024, we will be using the new portal for your live and webinar CE. This will allow you to manage everything in one account, including all your certificates.

RECREATING YOUR ACCOUNT

Existing On-Demand Subscribers

If have an existing AOE On-Demand membership, please follow the steps below to get set up on the new system.

Not a Subscriber?

If you had an AOE On-Demand account but never became a subscriber, you can create a brand new account on the portal.

Step 1

Create Your New account

Visit our AOE Portal Here. Click Sign In (in the upper right) and sign in with Google/Facebook/LinkedIn/Apple OR click create a new account to use your email.

Step 2

Get Your Individual Code

Once you have an account, email us at support@aoece.com and we will give you an individual code for a credit on your new subscription. For example, if you had 8 months left before you renewed on the old system, we will give you a code for 8 months discount on the new system.

Step 3

Become a Member In the New Portal

With your special code, you can now select the membership option that applies to you. On the check out screen, click on Have a coupon? on the left side and enter your code. Complete the subscription (membership).
