Attendees will explore how scleral lenses may improve comfort, ocular surface integrity and the quality of life in patients with severe dry eye disease and complex corneal pathology. Clinical pearls for patient selection, fitting strategies, troubleshooting and multidisciplinary management will be emphasized through case-based discussion.
